Summer Intern 2019: I am a senior at Cornell University pursuing a double major in Biology and Computer Science. This summer I have been working with the Munger lab to develop an R pipeline for the analysis of expression quantitative trait loci (eQTLs). The goal of this pipeline is to prioritize variants for future research based on which are most likely to be causal to the changes in gene expression indicated by an eQTL. Outside of lab I enjoy hiking, reading, doing puzzles and running.
